All orders and customer communication are parent-managed. After you submit an order request, a parent will reply by email to confirm the design details, price, timeline, and payment information. For quick local coordination, we may also use parent-managed SMS or WhatsApp, shared privately by reply when helpful — but final order details, revisions, and delivery files are handled by email.

We only use order details to create the requested artwork — we don't share customer information publicly. Portfolio examples are only shown with permission, and with names, addresses, and personal details removed.
